SSA uses the most current technology for its switches and routers, ensuring that we meet or exceed your service requirements. Our racks are equipped with redundant power supplies, hot-swappable equipment, and have the built in ability to fail-over between servers.

Disaster Recovery
Our network is designed to instantly handle component failures such as switch/router crashes and software failures, and immediately correct or address major or minor issues in regards to recovering any lost data. SSA will also help you develop a business impact and risk analysis, help create a disaster recovery plan, help your organization implement disaster recovery training, help assess service level agreements with key suppliers, and help you with a contingency audit and plan assurance. The SSA data center withstood the largest earthquake in North American history with no damage, thereby meeting or exceeding seismic requirements for safety.
Network Security
SSA's internationally respected security experts are available to assist with server configuration, firewall protection, and data integrity. Security is a very complex topic. Everyone has a different idea of what security is, and what levels of risk are acceptable. The key for building a secure network is to define what security means to your organization . SSA can help guide you to that personal definition. Once that has been defined, everything that goes on with the network can be evaluated with respect to that policy. Electrical Power
With over 1.1MW of available power, you are assured that as server needs grow, SSA will have sufficient available power. All of SSA's equipment is conditioned by UPS systems and protected by 4 Diesel generators tested on a monthly basis. SSA uses DC power on all of its equipment, though AC is available for customer's equipment brought on site.
Access
SSA is committed to maintaining a highly secure facility. Protected by perimeter fencing, and manned by a 24 hour guard, access is only permitted by appointment or prior arrangements for access for your key local personnel.
Confidentiality
All clients and client information is kept strictly confidential. Our facility is purposely discreet, with no signage indicating our business location, nor public advertising. SSA is committed to maintaining a low profiled secure presence.
Costs
SSA is able to provide you the best pricing for the best service through our unique cost structure. SSA's pricing is based on a daily "Unit". Once the Unit Rate has been established, services can be implemented with the client having an exact, fixed cost of service level, including term, to aid in their corporate budget preparation

Monitoring and Reporting
SSA monitors all servers and storage appliances 24 / 7 / 365. Additionally, Authorized Users will have the ability to remotely monitor servers via a secure browser. Performance reports will be available 24 hours per day for authorized personnel to view current status of both your servers and network.
